What is “Fluff”?

Fluff is a promo group, but unlike all the rest it is easy to get into! Most promo groups you have to have thousands of followers, or be a certain kind of blog to get in, but to get into fluff all you have to do is a few simple things! Im in a promo group similar to this and i have gained so many followers.

to get in you must:
